‘Old Buck’ Styracosaurus (Fans’ Choice) – 1/18th scale action figure

From the first few seconds of receiving my figure, the quality was very noticeable and astounding. To the carefully painted scars and asymmetrical frill horns, there is no doubt that this figure was made with much care and attention, it is a perfect recreation of the character and I adore the paint job, particularly on the frill. The articulation is amazing and I have few issues with it, however the elbow joints on my figure are very stiff and seem to be locked in place with paint due to the joint being exposed during painting but it’s likely this is an issue exclusive to very few figures so it’s not much of a worry for anyone else considering purchasing it. It’s immediately noticeable that the figure has some considerable heft to it, especially for it’s size. Moving onto the box, it’s clear that it is an upgrade to the previous Ceratopsian series boxes as it does not have the cardboard sleeve and instead has stunning box art incorporated into the box itself. The trading card I received was a bit blurry however I understand this was just a printing error and will not be an issue for later purchases (I purchased a pre-order). Overall, I recommend this figure to everyone as not only does it appeal to the Dinosauria series fans but overall is an amazing piece that’ll look great in any collection. I’m very impressed with the quality of this figure especially considering this is my first purchase of a large figurine from this company and I will certainly be buying again. I’m not sure any photo does it justice as it looks even better in person! Shipping was also not an issue and was delivered from America to Europe in just 5 days. 10/10
