Shipping
Will I receive tracking for my order?
Yes, a shipping confirmation with a tracking link will be emailed after your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship from the US to nearly every country in the world.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Depending on the destination, it usually takes 3-7 business days within the US, and 1-3 weeks for international shipments.
Returns/ Cancellations
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
You have 30 days to return the unopened item for store credit or refund. All shipping costs are non-refundable and refunds have 4% non refundable processing fee.
Can I cancel a preorder if I change my mind?
Yes, but there is a 4% non-refundable processing fee for US orders and 5% fee for international orders.
Ordering
When do preorders get charged?
Preorders charge at the time the order is placed and ship as soon as they become available.
How long are the preorder windows open?
Preorders are open until the product is in-stock. At that time the item will go to the regular retail price.
How do I check the release dates for preordered figures?
Go to our Preorder section and click the product of interest. Each product page will have the most current estimated delivery date.
Which items are eligible for the reward points program?
In-stock items and new arrivals older than one month are eligible.
Do your prices convert to foreign currency for international customers?
Our webshop can only display currency in USD.
Upcoming products
Are figures reissued after they sell out?
Normally, figures do not get reissued, but the species may see an updated release with new colors or improved parts/ accessories.
Will there be any more Fans’ Choice variants?
There are no current plans to do more Fans’ Choice variants as we focus now more on diversity of species, but you may see them again at some point.
Will there be another family ‘Series’ for Beats of the Mesozoic?
We’ve retired the family series approach in favor of offering a wider variety of notable species from different families and time periods.
Can you create color versions of dinosaurs from other popular media (Jurassic Park, Walking with Dinosaurs, Prehistoric Planet, etc.)?
While we truly appreciate the demand for iconic pop-culture paleo designs, we prefer to focus primarily on new designs based on our natural world.
Will you ever make action figures of modern animals?
While this could happen at some point, our interest for the foreseeable future is to develop figures of extinct animal species, as we feel that these are underrepresented in the action figure market compared to modern animals.
Will there be another Cyberzoic Kickstarter and when will it be?
A second Cyberzoic Kickstarter is still possible, but there’s no date set as of yet. In any case, the Cyberzoic line will continue and we’ll only run Kickstarter campaigns if we feel it’s absolutely necessary
Do you have plans to make a ( insert animal name here) ?
While there are endless possibilities for creating action figures based on our natural world, we try to pace ourselves by only committing to a few species at a time since each one requires a lot of time and attention to develop. Be sure to keep an eye on our news section for any new figure announcements.
Will the painted BotM T. rex ever be reissued?
An updated version of the T. rex at both the 1/18th scale and 1/35th scale are currently planned for release in 2026.
Quality control issues
What happens if my item is defective?
Please contact us through our contact page form with a description of the issue and your order number. Be ready to provide a photo of the defect.
What can I do if a joint is loose?
For loose joints, add a dab of super glue or clear fingernail polish to the widest part of the ball joint. Attach the body part and move it around slowly until it fully dries. This usually creates additional friction to tighten the connection.
What can I do if a joint is too tight?
Never force a tight joint. If a joint isn’t moving, heat the area with a hairdryer or hot water for 30-60 seconds. Move the joint carefully while warm and apply additional heat if needed.
Can warped plastic parts be fixed?
In many cases, warped plastic can be shifted to its proper orientation by applying heat using a hair dryer or hot water. After heating, hold the part in the desired position as it cools.

How do I use the accessories and base parts that came with my figure?

Are Cyberzoic armors compatible with each figure's Beasts of the Mesozoic/ Cenozoic counterpart?
The armors are mostly compatible with their BotM/C counterparts since the figure molds between the product lines are often shared. However, variations featuring mold differences, such as different heads, may not be 100% compatible.
Why do the final figures sometimes look different from the prototypes?
Depending on the production process, minor construction or paint adjustments may be needed to optimize the final product. But we always try to match the prototypes as closely as possible.
Does Creative Beast Studio accept commission work for custom figures?
We’re unable to accept any type of commission work or custom figure requests due to our current commitments.
