3D printed T-rex sculpt!
We get our first look today at the printed parts for the Beasts of the Mesozoic 1/35th scale T-rex sculpt, courtesy of Raul Ramos. The total length measures about 14″ and was sculpted by Jake Baardse. Next up to print, the big 27″, 1/18th scale version!
Gorgosaurus protoype!
A look at just one of the Beasts of the Mesozoic: Tyrannosaur Series prototypes in the works right now- here’s the part separation for Gorgosaurus giving an idea of how the head articulation will function. Sculpting by Jake Baardse and part separation by Aaron Doyle.

1/35th scale color variant of the Tyrannosaurus rex!
We have an exciting new color design today for the Beasts of the Mesozoic: Tyrannosaur Series- the 1/35th scale color variant of the Tyrannosaurus rex! Colors were inspired by the fan-voted ‘Walking with Dinosaurs’ colors. This will be a Kickstarter exclusive, which is currently planned to launch sometime this summer.
Wendiceratops, Avaceratops, and Kosmoceratops shipping update!
Today we have a closer look at more of the Beasts of the Mesozoic: Ceratopsian Series wave 2 figures, in package. Wendiceratops, Avaceratops, and Kosmoceratops here will all be shipping to backers next month! Plus, I’m working on some new wave 2 preview videos, so stay tuned for those as well.
The detail on this 4 inch Raptor holds up!
Another update from the factory for the resized, 1/18th scale Beasts of the Mesozoic Raptors. We’re still working out the base and standing options, but right check out how much detail there is at this small 4″ size! The Beasts of the Mesozoic: Ceratopsian Series wave 2 has officially shipped from the factory and is heading to our US warehouse now!
