Monoclonius crassus (a.k.a Centrosaurus juvenile) by Ezra Tucker- the first sign of what was to come with Cyberzoic! Commissioned to one the original Dino Riders package artists, and wildlife art master, it was such a surreal experience being able to work with the great Ezra Tucker for the first time on this piece. Hand painted traditionally in oils, this incredible homage to the Dino Riders figure of the same name combines the old fantastical paleoart style with modern reconstructive knowledge. The original painting now hangs proudly in my home as a reminder of my own ‘past and future’- a general theme that is the cornerstone for the Cyberzoic series.
