The BotM Yutyrannus returns with upgraded parts!
The Beasts of the Mesozoic Yutyrannus is returning! But it wasn’t planned. As many of you know, an upgrade set was in the works for the BotM Yuty with improved neck and ankles, just like we did for the BotM Dryptosaurus. However I recently received word from the factory that the upgraded parts will not be compatible with the original body as this had to be modified for the new parts. So it only makes sense to just put the entire figure out a second time, but it will have differences from the original release. Aside from the neck and ankle improvements, it will also feature slightly lighter eyes, a medium display stand instead of the rock base, and updated packaging to match the main BotM line. And for the Cyberzoic Yutyrannus Kickstarter backers, we’ll be offering a credit of $35 toward the purchase of this figure, which was going to be cost of the upgrade set. We’ll be adding this to our Cyberzoic BackerKit soon since it’ll be released with the wave C beasts, so stay tuned for that!
