One idea for a new Tyrannosaur to add is Albertosaurus. You have a Albertaceratops, why not create more to the Alberta dinosaurs? I know there are plenty of dinosaurs with Alberta in their name, so maybe you could create The Alberta Series.
The Alberta Series: Albertosaurus, Albertaceratops, Albertadromeus, and Albertavenator (Albertavenator even fits in the same size range with your raptor series dinosaurs. It was thought to be 6 feet long and 2 feet tall.) Albertadromeus may not come for a while since you are currently working on the Tyrannosaurs, but Albertosaurus would be a good dinosaur to add in now.
Thank you for your time and have a great day!
Best,
