A while back I revealed the color design for the upcoming Beasts of the Mesozoic Dilong action figure. While I am set on basing the colors on the Golden Pheasant, I wasn’t quite satisfied with the design I came up with. Thankfully, Shannon Beaumont, the artist who will be creating the package art for Dilong among others, came up with some excellent design solutions. Here are three that she presented to me. All were vast improvements, but we ended up going with number 3.
