Teaser time- here’s a sneak peek at tomorrow’s big Beasts of the Mesozoic Tyrannosaur Series sculpt reveal.

Wanna see a Bistahieversor’s head exploded? Here’s a peek at the articulation layout for this Beasts of the Mesozoic figure and thus will be the same for larger bodies 4 and 5 as well. Sculpt here is done by Jake Baardse, with part separation by Raul Ramos.

Today we finally get a look at the finished color design for the Beasts of the Mesozoic Tyrannosaurus Rex adult action figure! This will be offered at both the 1/35th scale and the 1/18th scale. Colors were inspired by the Earless Monitor Lizard.

The last batch of Beasts of the Mesozoic: Ceratopsian Series Wave 1 paint samples are on their way to me now! And it looks like they included a little something extra…

While photographing (a.k.a playing with) these new Beasts of the Mesozoic Ceratopsian test shot figures, I thought it’d be fun to take some confrontation pics. Because what good are action figures if they aren’t fighting each other? haha

Here’s a closer look at the Beasts of the Mesozoic Psittacosaurus (‘Taco’) test shot figure! Aside from the lack of paint, this little guy is pretty much final now, plus he can now stand on his hind legs!

I showed some of these BotM: Ceratopsian Series wave 1 paint samples in the recent Kickstarter update, and have added a few more (the final three are being finished now). These are the very first photos of the paint samples without any notes or involvement from me- they were simply matching the prototypes I sent…
