“You know I had to do it! Here are pics of the Beasts of the Mesozoic “Dino-Riders Homage” T-Rex equipped with the full battle gear from the original Dino-Riders T-Rex. I have to say this things looks pretty bad ass. The armor fits surprisingly well – especially the main harness. The brain box doesn’t quite fit given the difference in the head shape but you can still rest it on pretty easily. The leg shields can also be attached but aren’t a great fit because the legs on the BOTM T-Rex are much skinnier than the Dino-Riders version. All in all though, it works and I think it looks cool.

Wow, that’s an amazing assembly! I only learned of Dino Riders because of the BOTM figure. It’s so cool that you were able to fit those 80s action toy accessories to the modern figure. Kudos!
