Production update on Wave 3 Ceratopsians
An update on the production for the Beasts of the Mesozoic Ceratopsians Wave 3- work on the remaining paint samples is going well, but they are taking a bit longer than expected. Due to the large size and complex nature of the color designs, the factory is taking a bit more time to get each figure as accurate as possible to the original prototypes. In the meantime, they’ve sent me some behind-the-scenes photos of what’s currently in-progress and the many tools and machines required to create the paintwork for these figures. Most of these photos show the Utahceratops and Pentaceratops parts, but you can also make out a few others in there as well.
I’ll be sure to keep you all posted on the progress as the production on Wave 3 continues!
